Each person would want to live with a healthy pattern, but sometimes it is rendered problematic because of various situations that are less possible. 3. Perbanyak drinking water, minerals 8 glasses a day, avoid alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and beverages with high sugar content and caffeine. Both vegetable and fruit juices to keep and maintain good health.
