Healthy Foods You Age Increase

Eating is one of the most important events in the lives of all people. We enjoy eating - it's part of who we are and part of our culture, in fact, eating is a universal topic of the hottest of all time. We depend on food: the food we eat is the only source of energy and nutrition. We know so much about food: we are born with the desire to eat and grow with a rich tradition of eating.

But we also know so little about food - about how the food we eat everyday affect our health. We're more confused than ever about the relationship between diet and health: margarine healthier than butter or not, some alcohol will make a heart attack at bay but the cause of breast cancer; antioxidant vitamins can prevent cancer food lung or not. Eating is a paradox and mystery of our ancestors tried and modern scientists try to solve.
Based on the experience and traditions, our ancestors have been using food and plant materials to treat various diseases. The manuscript was found from a tomb (dated 168 BC) in China described the recipe for 52 diseases with herbs, grains, nuts, vegetables, animal parts and minerals. Ancient Sumerian records the use of 250 medicinal plants on the tablet five thousand years ago. Today, medicinal plants and food remains a major drug source for 80% of the world population.
The role of pharmacology from the daily diet has long been ignored by modern medicine because of the lack of proven scientific validity. The main focus of modern medicine have been in the pharmacy. With the invention of modern chemotherapy by Paul Erhlich in the early twentieth century and sulfa drugs and antibiotics in the 1930s and 1940s, it seemed as if the chemical drugs will take care of all our diseases. However, while there continues to be a big step in the understanding and use of drugs, there is also widespread dissatisfaction with both their and treatment systems that utilize them.
